Own quality across Techgenics builds — functional, regression, integration, API and cross-device testing — and verify release readiness before anything ships.
About the role
This is an important operational role. You will test features against requirements, document defects with clear reproduction steps and severity, retest fixes, and support UAT and release-readiness verification. You will operate independently from the developer responsible for a feature wherever practical, following the delivery workflow: Requirement → Development → QA → Defect Resolution → Retesting → UAT → Release.
What you’ll do
Functional, regression, integration and API testing
Authentication / authorization and responsive / mobile testing
Cross-browser and, where applicable, e-commerce and payment-flow testing
Create test cases and perform requirements-based testing
Document bugs with reproduction steps and severity / priority classification
Retest fixes, support UAT and verify release readiness
What we’re looking for
Hands-on software testing experience
Strong bug documentation and reproduction skills
Understanding of severity vs priority
Ability to test across browsers and devices
Nice to have
Experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent
API testing with Postman or similar
Experience testing e-commerce or payment flows
